Dear Mayor Marco Romagnoli,

On March 10, 1959 Tibetans, exacerbated by the abuse and harassment by the Chinese, Tibet entered into a free and independent country then, in 1950, the population of Lhasa rose up and the resentment of the Tibetan national uprising broke out in an open. A massive crowd of people gathered around the Norbulinka, the Summer Palace, where he was the Dalai Lama.
