We arrived in late April and again the town of Prato, 116 days after the expiration date, continues to be observed in respect of the publication of the remuneration of directors in entities related or controlled by the municipality itself.
The Finance Act 2007 provides that from 1 January 2007, these data would be made public and available on the website of the municipality. To date, these data are still hidden.
Despite having called for the local authority, sending a statement on 8 March, the Mayor Romagnoli, his staff and the Director-General of the town, no one has bothered to fulfill the requirements of the read or respond.
We therefore ask the Prefect of Prato, we met April 2 to ask for his intervention at the municipal administration, to provide for the fine town of Prato, as required by law, with a fine of up to 10,000 € .
We wonder why when deadlines relate to ordinary citizens, they are obliged to strictly abide by double penalty of sanctions, etc, while institutions can be ignored with impunity.
